As president of Goebel Construction, LTD, I am pleased to present the information on this

will see that we have served a distinguished variety of mid-sized project needs in South
Texas since our inception in 1991. Our history of repeat clientele indicates the high
level of professionalism that is a cornerstone of this company and its employees.
Our broad range of projects to date has provided us with a solid experience level in
various segments of commercial construction. Medical, hospitality and office
facilities are among our strengths. Recently, we have finished the
17,000 sq ft
Southwest General Hospital Women's Center addition and the 5,000 sq ft remodel phase. We have
also completed the University Health Systems Center for
Community Health renovations to the Radiology Department and Cardiac
Catheterization Lab. These
types of jobs demonstrate our adaptability when working in occupied spaces with critical
operational requirements.
